What are your hours?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As long as sessions are booked, we'll be here!
Do you have a lounge?
Yes! We are also conveniently located beneath the Sunset Marquis Hotel, so we also have two pools, two bars, a world class restaurant, a spa, and 24 hour room service!
Do you do mastering as well?
We do offer mastering services, although we have found dedicated mastering studios are often the way to go. We have contacts with all of the best mastering studios in the country, so whatever your needs, we can take care of you!
What kind of equipment do you have?
We have a great collection of new, boutique, vintage, and custom equipment. Check out the Gear List page for all the details, but if you don't see something you want, call us, and we'll do everything we can to get it in for your session!
So you're in the basement of a hotel... can I get cell phone service?
Absolutely! We've invested in a great solution that provides exceptional service to all major carriers.
What are your rates?
We always cater to the client, and can offer different rooms at different rates depending on what the session requires. Call us and let us know more about your project, and we can give you a rate that works for you.
What comes with the room?
The room always comes with an assistant, and if requested, we can provide an engineer as well. Additionally, we have an outstanding intern / runner crew that can get whatever you need.
